2022 CABERNET SAUVIGNON TASTING NOTES
Less rainfall and higher temperatures than average in 2022 resulted in a lower than normal yield. Despite the hardships, the wine that was produced is a captivating, yet limited, vintage, with only 105 cases available. Our 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon has notes of cherry, plum, and vanilla in its bouquet that introduce the smooth, deceptively spacious-bodied cab. Beautiful tannins on the finish reveal this wine’s robustness, suggesting that this vintage will mature nicely over the next few years.
