2026 BLANC DE NOIR SPARKLING WINE
At Adruni Vineyards, we love to celebrate everything, big and small. So naturally we had to add some bubbles to our line up. Our Blanc de Noir Sparkling Wine (French for “white from black”) is composed of 77% Pinot Noir and 23% Pinot Meunier grapes and was crafted in the méthode champenoise, the traditional bottle-fermentation process used to produce Champagne. This wine balances light, refreshing bubbles with the hearty depth of red grapes, making it an ideal food-friendly wine.
Pale amber in the glass with a soft stream of gentle bubbles, this wine features notes of subtle red berries, layered with hints of brioche and toasted pastry from spending over 16 months on the lees. We aged this vintage entirely in stainless steel, to preserve the wine’s vibrancy and crispness and provide a clean, savory finish.
