What’s Happening in the Vineyard
PRUNING! While the vines are still dormant, we give them a little trim! Pruning is an essential part of the growing process and controls the number of canes left on the plant. Our vineyard is hand-trimmed, which allows precise selection of which canes stay and which go, resulting in optimum plant health and fruit quality. It is a delicate process, and our 10-acre vineyard takes about 2 days to complete.

Earlier this month we hosted our first Adruni Vineyards × Relish Catering event.
The day began with a guided nature walk through our Dry Creek Valley property, foraging for winter mushrooms among the hills and oaks. Guests then made their way up the hill to gather at the Main Pavilion, where Adruni wines were paired and poured with a 4-course seasonal lunch, prepared onsite in the pavilion kitchen!
An afternoon rooted in land, flavor, and good company.
